Artificial sweeteners substitute sugar in beverage and food and are marked sugar free, or diet and can be found in soft drinks, baked goods, chewing gum, beverages, baked goods, candy, fruit juice, sweets, chocolates and many other food products. They are sugar free and have no calories.
Artificial sweeteners are tested and certified by FDA and its consumption in some cases is only allowed with doctor’s prescription and should be taken in moderate quantity.
